Once Digital Mechanics have designed the template(s) to your liking, based on your style or branding guidelines, they are coded and integrated it into the DM_Mailer. Your list of prospects are easily uploaded via a .CSV file. And, can be managed from then on inside the DM_Mailer. Send is a click away following as many test sends as you like. Digital Mechanics suggest that we are included in these test sends so we can advise if any area can be better treated from optimising images through to hyperlinks.

The benefits of managing your own DM_Mailer account are especially apparent when you are in direct control of the spend - you only pay when you send. Your payments are automatically debited from your own credit card account with PayPal. All at a very low cost per session and send.

Another area of self management is the collection and interpretation of the data provided by the DM_Mailer. This allows you to tailor and measure your own reports. When combined with Google Analytics this is a powerful and detailed resource.

A/B Testing- Comparing Campaigns

Testing is one of the great strengths of email marketing. Almost everything is measurable, making it easy to compare multiple approaches and quickly figure out what works best for your subscribers.

Instead of forcing you to create segments of lists, send multiple campaigns and scour over pages of statistics, our testing tool does all the heavy lifting for you. All you need to do is choose what to test (subject line, from name or different email content) and how to decide the winner (open rate, link clicks, etc) and we'll take it from there.

DM-Mailer will then send both versions to a small subset of your recipients, see which version wins and automatically send that winning version to the remainder of your recipients. In a couple of clicks you've guaranteed that the best version of your email is being sent to your subscribers, and you've learned something doing it.
